Stephanie was raised in the kitchen alongside the women in her bloodline who cooked from memory and seasoned with soul. That’s the inheritance.
A U.S. Army veteran who once fed thousands of soldiers in a day. Former owner of a well-known food truck. Now the founder of Matriarch Munchies — comfort food with a crown on it.
She isn’t just preserving tradition. She’s translating it. Soul food rolled into Asian-inspired egg rolls. Pound cake blended into milkshakes. Heritage food, remixed for how this generation eats.
Built in honor of her father and all of the ancestors before him, and every food entrepreneur coming up behind her through Each One, Teach One — a hands-on training program built on the principle to leave no soldier behind.
